			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Sometimes, being honest with yourself gets in the way of you expressing who you really are. The reason for this obstacle is because the truth about your situation is not the truth about <em>who you are!</em></span></p>
<h1></h1>
<p>For example, if your current situation is not what you want, then being honest about the situation is not going to be very useful to you, since being honest about it keeps you repeating the same story in your head. This works with the law of attraction, so you will keep on experiencing the same situation and the same feelings surrounding it, over again, as long as you keep thinking about it.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>We are told we must accept the truth about ourselves and our reality; however, most of the time, <em>the </em><em>core truth is not being examined</em><em>,</em> but rather the circumstantial truth. This is where the problem is. It is useful to know that what you are experiencing is not what you want, as you will know that you want a change, but being honest with yourself and telling the truth about it over and over isn’t useful.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is exactly why the majority of people are “stuck” in the life they are and accept it as it is. Sometimes, people think that the way things are should be continued because that is what they created. A good example would be someone that is working in a day job that they are not passionate about just because it pays the bills and changing fields would be too stressful.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you are not completely satisfied with your situation, remember that it is only that way because you have been repeating the story. You can change your story at any time! Once you stop placing so much importance on telling the truth about your situation, you can change your experience and experience success.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>You must tell yourself a different story, even though it may not be entirely what you are currently experiencing. You must realize that your current story is something that you can pause, fast forward, and rewrite. You can have the perfect path because you are the one that decides it, not anyone else.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>How exactly do you change your story? Start using your creative power to move in the direction of what you want most in your life, by exercising the power of your imagination. Some people may find it easy to create a poster with their goals and dreams set out on it. Do not focus on your current situation because it will not help you, but rather reinforce what you are already experiencing.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Imagine a new reality. Remember, this isn’t lying or being in denial. You are just deciding to create something different, which is actually expressing the real truth about YOU.</p>
<p>Do this exercise each morning, when you wake up. Imagine where you are, what you have, and how you are feeling emotionally.  Think not only what you want but why you want what you want. This opens your imagination to further thoughts. Do not think about the how, until after you decide that what is going to happen will happen.</p>

<p>The truth is comprised of more negotiation than you think.</p>

<p>There is nothing wrong with taking a nap. It can actually revitalize your inner being, while clearing your mind. Power naps are short in duration, but they are significant in the ability to re-energize your mind and body. Taking power naps will not disrupt your sleep schedule, so long as you do not allow yourself to sleep for more than one hour. Research indicates that power naps could increase memory function.</p>
<p>If the time extends past one hour, you may then experience anxiousness and have a lack of energy. Set your alarm clock if you do not have somebody to awake you.</p>

<p><strong>Relaxation Exercises</strong></p>
<p>Staying calm and learning to relax is a key factor in total wellness and increasing your energy levels naturally. You do not even need to spend much money, if any at all, to relax. Sure, there are very expensive Yoga classes, but trust me when I say they are not necessary. It is better to find a quiet place just for yourself and do relaxation exercises, than to get together with a big group.</p>

<p>It is so simple to increase your energy levels naturally, with a whole grains, plant based diet, yet most people fail to see this big picture. Stop eating take out. Remove junk food from your cupboards. Toss out the processed and canned foods. Get rid of soda drinks and other high sugar drinks, such as Kool-Aid and Sunny Delight.</p>

<p>Fuel your body with organic, healthy foods, such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. <p>If you, like myself, love to snack, do it the right way! A power snack is a small amount of food that&#8217;s sole purpose is to boost your energy on the go. Power snacks should be high in nutritional value, such as high in vitamins and protein. Some great snacks include fresh fruit, nuts, granola cereals, and fresh, chopped vegetables.</p>

<p><strong>Just Be Happy! </strong></p>
<p>Your energy levels get drained with stress and anxiety because your bloodstream gets flooded with hormones called cortisol. In psychology, this is the flight-or-fight defense the human body experiences in certain situations. How do you conquer these energy draining stresses? Let go and move on to what makes you happy. Laughter is one of the best ways to heal the body of stress and anxiety.</p>
<p>The human body has the ability to recuperate itself if you take proper care.</p>
<p>Striving for increasing your energy levels naturally allows you to live a life full of happiness and energy! You will see success from the inside out!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You may not even acknowledge it, but maintaining peace in the family and communicating values is something that you may do each day, by creating a non-threatening home environment.</p>
<p>In order to have peace in the family, peace must be believed in. Good, open communication, trust, and respect are also key factors that reinforce a happy family structure.</p>
<p>Values are not taught simply by talking about them, according to research on development in the family. The integration of values through observation, relationships, and demonstration is crucial. For example, children learn to be peaceful and non-violent by having others demonstrate what peacefulness is. The most important place for most people is the homes they live in. It is within the homes that the most important values are taught and maintained.</p>
<p>Families’ cherished values vary from one family to another. Different cultures and religions have different values. It is important that family members share what is most important, such as attitudes, behaviors, and ideas, in their homes.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Maintain a healthy home environment with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Open communication, including that of allowing each family member to have a chance to speak and express opinions freely.</li>
<li>Respect for one another in the family.</li>
<li>Kindness and a calm setting.</li>
<li>In an argument, allow each member involved to state his/her side of the story.</li>
<li>Be firm about the non-violence rules.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Common mistakes that jeopardize a healthy home environment:</p>
<ul>
<li>Poor communication, such as yelling or the lack of listening.</li>
<li>Obsessing over the past, missing out on the present times.</li>
<li>Closed-mindedness.</li>
<li>Violence and other abusive manners.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sometimes, families encounter arguments and/or difficult moments. This is a normal process but keep in mind that healing the environment to restore peace and maintain it is the best decision to make. By keeping an open mind to all situations, it is proven by research that this leads to a more fulfilling life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When we were kids, many of our decisions were limited. Parents, for example, had the right to restrict our decisions. Sometimes, those limitations saved us from grief, embarrassment, and heartbreak.</p>
<p>There comes a point, however, when we must make our own decisions, as adults. The decisions we make either have good, neutral, or bad outcomes. Whatever it may be that arrives from your actions, you must take personal responsibility for it.</p>
<p>The key word here is “personal”. This means that you cannot blame others for what is happening in your life. It is not fair to refer to the police officer as a heartless idiot, since it was your actions behind the wheel that caused the unfortunate situation. It is also not your spouse’s fault for deciding the relationship is not working, since it more than likely is a two-way path, and your actions played a role.</p>
<p>It is so much easier to blame people and other circumstances than to question what YOU did to allow the situation to happen. This is overlooked by most people because they would rather be in denial and temporarily feel better. This, however, will only continue as a vicious cycle and you have the power to break it once and for all. Once you are made aware of the consequences for your actions, you will learn from them and make even better choices.</p>
<p>People have opinions and it is okay to ask for them, but keep in mind that you should be the only one making the ultimatums, since it is your life. You must deal with the end results, so this means you cannot be one of those people that do not want to live up to their own decisions for fear of rejection or negative consequences.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Do you want to live with true happines? By happiness, I mean a deep sense of contentment, the capability of being peaceful and at ease, no matter what.</p>
<p>The majority of us cannot find happiness, even though we strive to have it, because the choices we make derail us. Such choices include stressful chores, distorted beliefs, and inner emotions.</p>
<p>Happiness is absolutely within your reach, inside you. Put these ten wise choices, below, into action and your true happiness will shine through!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Choice #1 </strong></p>
<p><strong>Take full responsibility for yourself and your actions. D</strong>o not blame others for the choices you made. Do not turn yourself into a victim of unhappiness and have the feel sorry for me syndrome. If a choice is causing you to not get the happiness you desire, make a change for the better.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Choice #2</strong></p>
<p>Be willing, open-minded, and do not be afraid to make mistakes. We learn from our mistakes! Be honest with yourself and admit to what is and is not working in relation to your inner happiness.</p>

<p><strong>Choice #3</strong></p>
<p><strong>Let go of your past. </strong>You will not encounter true happiness if you continue to live in your past. Forgive and move on with your life, with grace and clarity.</p>

<p><strong>Become intensely interested in your inner life</strong><strong> </strong>and avoid the conditional thinking. Be flexible and love yourself no matter what. Find out what purposes your actions have and whether they carry positive or negative consequences. In the future, you can remember to avoid the negative actions.</p>

<p><strong>Choice #5</strong></p>
<p>We unknowingly build our lives around distorted beliefs and expectations. The majority of people is fixated on their own beliefs and they fail to look at something with an open-mind. Remember, your belief may not always be the best one! Share insight with others and watch your world grow.</p>

<p><strong>Choice #6</strong></p>
<p><strong>Appreciate your present time </strong>because happiness is in the present time. You will not find happiness in the future if you do not focus on it now.</p>

<p><strong>Get in tune with your emotions</strong><strong>.</strong> Life becomes a challenge when we are ruled by difficult emotions. Study your emotions and stop telling yourself stories that fuel your emotions in a negative manner. Instead, you should welcome into your body the direct experience of positive feelings and sensations.</p>

<p><strong>Choice #8 </strong></p>
<p><strong>Let your heart guide you, each day. What do you get? </strong>Love. That’s what you get. Keep your heart full and open. Find what you are passionate about!</p>

<p><strong>Eliminate fear from your life because it creates obstacles to happiness. When fear is the </strong>driving force for your choices, choose otherwise. Meet fear with love, and then have the courage to act on what you really want.</p>

<p>Connect with other positive, happy people. Avoid being around negative people because they will only keep you below your personal standards.</p>
<p>Happiness is not a secret. You just have to be willing to learn and take action to find true happiness. Make these 10 choices to happiness, and you will live the best, healthiest, and happiest life!</p>
