How To Become A Leader So That Others Follow

Most leaders are inspirational. This means that they are able to motivate betas (followers) to accomplish something similar (and perhaps significant). Leaders have authority. For example, the well-known Donald Trump, is an inspiring leader in business.

Do YOU want to be an inspiring leader?

In order to accomplish something significant, you need support. You cannot do it all on your own. I do not know one leader that has had no help getting to the top. Inspiration from someone else plays a big role in helping new leaders appear in the business world. Donald Trump has absolutely been an inspiration to me. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t take his business advice to heart.

What makes a leader inspirational? A leader becomes an inspiration by purpose, passion, and communication. Leaders are trusted by betas because it is safe to follow their footsteps. People know, like, and trust inspiring leaders.

COMMON CHARACTERISTICS OF LEADERS:

#1: LEAD BY EXAMPLE – True leaders never ask people to do something they are not comfortable doing. For example, if someone is not comfortable creating a marketing campaign, due to lack of knowledge and skill, then that person does not have to complete that task. A better suited task should be set if the proper assistance is not provided. Leaders model behavior they want others to manifest. People are given what they want within the capabilities of the leader.

#2: SEE THE LARGER PICTURE – Leaders connect people to a larger picture to know their lives have meanings. People want to know there is something significant waiting for them. Belief in oneself is very important when it comes to leadership and management! Life can be so challenging that people give up at obstacles. It is easy to lose focus on what we really want. A bigger picture is displayed so that these people can see their strengths rather than their weaknesses. A solid plan, including strategies is often laid out, making it much easier for people to follow.

#3: COMMUNICATION – Inspirational leaders have passion for their visions. The passion is shared amongst others and they too begin to feel passion. The nature of the mission in question is critical for enabling other people to feel a purpose beyond the daily tasks performed. Sometimes communication is not clear and this can greatly damage a business task or a negotiation. Communicating regularly and effectively will help to reinforce the purpose(s) in the business. To ‘share meaning’ is crucial because it allows people to feel included in a situation. Wouldn’t you agree that you prefer to feel actively connected to the actions and processes that are leading to the accomplishment of the decision in question?

Leaders are very selective when they reveal their own weaknesses. Why? Perhaps this is because revealing a weakness shows vulnerability and could do more harm than good for a business. Most people do not want to share their weaknesses to others, which is a good thing because you should always focus on your strengths. An insignificant weakness to the business most likely could not do any harm in the objective of being an inspiring leader.

Revealing differences is an advantage to leaders. Differences set one person apart from the others and allow you to get to know someone. Revealing difference and demonstrating what is unique allows you to show what qualities you have that will help the business and the people associated with it.

An inspiring leader should be good at detecting and interpreting changes in the behavior of the audience. Knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it are key elements to success. Good intuition will be improved with practice, patience, and passion in what is being done.

Although not everyone is in a position of leadership, leadership is influence, and we all have that.

Another excellent article! I think that leaders can be divided into types, such as FAKE and REAL. A fake leader is all show and has an agenda like taking your money or in the case of vaccines taking your money and poisoning you at the same time. The ‘betas’ or sheeople are often misled by charismatic leaders such as when Jim Jones got his followers to drink poison and die. People need to apply discretion when choosing a leader and this requires education, because Satan can appear as an angel of light! A good leader speaks truth and is aware of the scams especially the medical ones that kill and harm people via fear mongering them into putting poison into their bodies via vaccines. There is a way to separate the two types at http://KILLERSPRAY.CA the fake will not change his point of view when confronted with the truth but the real leader will, just like Dr. Hardy Limeback, B.Sc., Ph.D in Biochemistry, D.D.S., head of the Department of Preventive Dentistry for the University of Toronto, and president of the Canadian Association for Dental Research, who not only reversed his position on fluoride, but also made a public apology! see http://nofluoride.info to read the newspaper article.
